Users register for the event using the registration form. All
the important details are collected from the users and stored
for reporting purposes.
After registration, visitors will
receive a QR Code and their Visitor Badge (pdf) on the email.
This QR Code can be used for checking in to the event venue
When a registered user visits the event venue, volunteers will
scan the QR Code and check them in at the event venue.
Visitors badges are printed using the QR-Code which can be used
to attend the event and various sessions.
Visitors can attend sessions and visit Partner Booths at the venue. Volunteers will scan the badges with QR Code when they visit which are then used to track visitors attendance.
A comprehensive report is available for the organizers to view and download. All the important details of the visitors can be recorded for the purpose of analysis.
