Register for the Event
Users register for the event using the registration form. All the important details are collected from the users and stored for reporting purposes.
QR Code & Visitor Badge
After registration, visitors will receive a QR Code and their Visitor Badge (pdf) on the email. This QR Code can be used for checking in to the event venue
Visit Event Venue
When the registered users visit the event venue, volunteers will scan the QR Code and check them in the event venue. They can get their Visitor Badges printed as well.
Visit Sessions and Partner Booths
Visitors can attend sessions and visit Partner Booths at the venue. Volunteers will scan the QR Code as they visit to track visitors attendance.
Event Reports
A comprehensive report is available for the organizers to view and download. All the important details of the visitors can be recorded for the purpose of analysis.
